Cases did not fit my phone, the images were also terrible and nothing at all like what they advertised. I feel jipped.

I have emailed to return my case bc it does not fit my case, I had to take several pictures. The case was never used and I have the original packaging. It has been months-now I am stuck with a case that doesn't fit my phone and it also does not look like the advertising at all. Very disappointed. Poor customer service

This ITEM WAS NOT like what was advertised! The iPhone cover I purchased was supposed to look like a cassette tape well it was a bad quality! Look like it was copied from a Pinter at the library! DO NOT PURCHASE

Slow delivery (took one month to receive) poor quality) product, when I press the power button with the case on it would only turn on or off intermittently. I regret my purchase. (Edit) The company reached out and offered me another case, I requested a refund due to the fact that I had already purchased another case. I'll post a final update with the outcome. Customer support was very helpful in processing my refund. I felt like they understand my concerns and wanted my return business, so we're quick to process my return, alternatively they offered to provide a replacement item just I'm case the previous item was a defective. I opened for a refund which was processed timely. Thank you qcases. I would do business with you again. 😊

To start this company put in some small print somewhere that they don't keep inventory and these phone cases are made to order like exotic cars worth half a million dollars. There are two mainstream popular phones... iPhone and Galaxy and I own the newest Galaxy. They don't even keep inventory for the two most popular phones? Crap business model. Then I complain because it's been 4 days without shipping and they tell me they are going to expedite the process. That's laughable... it took another week to ship. All in all they fail on every front. I would have asked for my money back for their medicore product but knowing how their company operates it would have taken a month or more to get a refund. I already told one person who commented on my phone case that this company is a joke and to look elsewhere.

It's the second case I bought but I didn't like it like the first one I bought, I think it's because it's transparent and that, maybe I already bought it although I don't use it but anyway.
