Avoid!! Spent £100 with this company, who incidentally are China based!!! The jewellery was pretty but really low quality, not worth the money at all. They had advertised some rings as adjustable which I ordered. When they arrived they weren’t adjustable and would barely fit a 6 year old. They refused to refund. They said I could send back to China at my own expense and that they could refund only a portion of how much I had spent on them. I wasted my time by corresponding with this company for a month. Offering to return and accept a suitable replacement but they weren’t willing to budge. Sent my bank a photo of the web page describing the rings as adjustable and a photo of what I had received and they gave me my money back within 24 hours. It’s a shame I had to go down this route as i gave them every opportunity to put things right. Unfortunately this company do not care about the fact that their product descriptions are misleading they just want your money.

Their jewelry is good. But they have a HORRIBLE customer service. I purchased a lot of items and wanted to return some.!8 reached out several times by emailing, on Instagram, filling out the message form on their website. I did everything. And they never got back to me. They have a horrible customer service department. If you get lucky with your order, then great. If you don’t like your item, you’re screwed because these people WILL NOT get back to uou and will keep your money

I didn’t think the jewelry quality was worth the price. Contacted them via email for return address. They kept giving me the runaround of send us photos “so that we can help you better”. After my third email, I was sent a return address in CHINA. I was also told that there is a 25% reduction in price paid for items and of course return shipping to China is not covered. With all their advertising of a “Muslim company” and caring about helping the poor…how about helping your customers get better service ?…. This is not an honest company doing honest business. Just my 2 cents.

Would not recommend. I sincerely hope this Shein quality outfit donates to Gaza as the £85 worth of jewellery is not worth more than £20 max. I thought it was an ethical company but now I’m not convinced!

Horrible experience. Temu n shien has better standards of jewelry in 1/20th of the price. Return policy is a scam u pay for shipping to China with 25 percent reduction. Just cheapest possible jewelry and worst business ethics islam and Palestine quoted to attract support. Shame on them for being such a scam

Very cheap quality Not worth it Ridiculous return/refund policy

I loved the olive branch ring but it turned my finger green, and the finish began running off after about 5 days of wear. It looks kind of copper like underneath the silver. Couldn’t wear the “gold” because it is like brassy yellow and doesn’t look like real gold. I thought it was gold dipped, but it isn’t.

My name is Jacq Baltazar and I never received my order. I ordered 5 pcs of jewelry, their partner local courier here in UAE said that they delivered to me but I did not received any not even a call from them. They just took a photo of the front of my house, and they put that receiver signed it, i was at home the whole day because its Sunday, no one calls me nor delivered anything. When i call JNT courier which is their partner local courier they said that the mobile number they put is wrong so they cannot help me. I must let YANWEN and the supplier called them. I called the number of the driver written in their tracking and he never answered my call, after 3 days of answering and replying emails with Qamar still they come up that I must call the driver and the local courier even though I already explained that they are not cooperating and driver never answered. Its really frustrating in my part. By the way my order has shipping protection, which I paid extra for this emergency. What is the use of Shipping Protection if I will be the one do the talking to their partner courier and the courier doesn't like to cooperate. I dont know Qamar Jewelry but since I like their advocate of helping Palestine I bought from them after 3 months of thinking if I will really order. Till now no clear answer where is my item or If they going to replace the lost item. I am here in this country for 19 years, always ordering online but this never happens to me. If i can give negative point I will do it to show how frustrated I am plus the money that I lost. Its not small money.
