I have ordered 3 items with the…
I have ordered 3 items with the intention to help Gaza. I have not received the items till date and has been more that a month. I constantly send email and still nothing till now. I advise no one to order as it seems to be a scam.

This is a despicable scam I ordered 3 items and genuinely thought that I was helping Palestinian families living in Gaza. Disgusting company feeding on the misery of Palestinians and stealing money from people who want to help. My bracelets have not been delivered and the Courier contact details are incorrect so no way to contact them. Shame on you! I believe in Karma!!

I have not received my purchase it has been 13 days
I wanted so much to support this brand. However I have not received my presents for the holidays, despite ordering on the 12th December. I have contacted their customer service and I was told that my items have cleared customs. Nothing else. It looks like it is coming from China. Disappointed that they are not transparent about their delivery at the point of purchase so I can make a decision for the festive present! I will revise my review when I see my product and its quality and better customer support. I did reach out and had no response that is clear when I am receiving my purchase?

Scam experience
It took over two weeks for item to arrive, and was shipped from china. Arrived in what looked like a Temu style plastic bag and poor quality. It was not the item that I ordered and emailed twice with no response. I’m not expecting this to be rectified and does appear to be a complete scam- not the high quality brand it is pretending to be. Do not order

Not sure if it is worth one…
Not sure if it is worth one star.Ordered on 10.11.25 and still not got my items with no prospect of a refund for non delivery..really disappointed and wondering if this is a scam

Poor Customer Service
Requested a cancellation numerous times. Was still charged for the items. Customer service is terrible and they don’t acknowledge or help. Not worth it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY- I…
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY- I contacted them first to sort out amicably and not have to leave a review but the way they are handling my complaint shows this business has no care for their customers and are just a scam. I ordered 4 bracelets which came in ONE SINGULAR BOX literally in a tangled up ball. The quality is so cheap and definitely not the 100% titanium gold plated they advertise as (which they confirmed via email that they are stainless steel). The bracelets do not even sit on the wrist properly no matter what you do so the Palestine flag is always flipped upside down which defeats the whole point of the bracelet. I told them I would like to send back the bracelets and have a refund for my money. Their response is I have to pay for the refund and they keep a 20% restocking fee on top of that, even after all the proof I sent them. Do not fall for this company and order from them.
