That said, we’d like to clarify a few important points for transparency. We have been actively communicating with you via email and have made efforts to investigate the issue. Unfortunately, the proof provided was unclear and did not match the tracking details associated with your order. We requested multiple times a clear photo of the original front shipping label, which is crucial for us to verify shipment discrepancies. You informed us that the label had already been peeled off, which prevented us from completing a proper investigation. Additionally, the packaging shown in your photos does not match our standard packaging. All our orders are shipped in white mailing bags with our logo, whereas the package you shared was a plain gray bag. Because of this mismatch, there is a strong possibility that the socks may belong to a different purchase from another company. Given that the tracking number on file shows delivery, and the packaging and label provided do not align with our shipment records, we also suggested checking with neighbors, family members, or others at the delivery address, as packages can occasionally be misdelivered or mixed up. We truly regret that this experience was disappointing and understand why you feel upset. While we strive to resolve all issues fairly, we must rely on verifiable shipping evidence to do so.
