I bought a ring and a necklace from Qamar jewellery, despite the tarnish-free claim, the ring turned my finger green and the 'gold plate' was visibly coming off. I am very disappointed since I love the design of the ring so much. Just a very poor quality product. The necklace has not exactly tarnished yet, however, the colour looks more dull than before, so I guess it's getting there too.

I ordered an item 3 months ago and still have not received it. I reached out to customer service and they said they would look into it but I never heard back. This is a scam. I am patient but I spent my hard earned money and got nothing for it.

I ordered the bangle set and it was buy 1 get one free and they only sent me one set. Even on my order summary, it was 2 items. Even for the moonlight ring set, they only sent me 1 set and it specified 2 in my order. I am disappointed.

They sent half the order and marked the order complete. Sent the other half after being asked and sent proof I did not receive it. Both were meant to be birthday presents for a loved one. The bracelets were not even the same length as advertised; one was so large it fit all the way to my shoulder. Cheap appearance, necklace pendants looking horrible, necklace chains tangled, packaged and delivered by iMile from China (iMile written on the back of the package), the same company that delivers AliExpress and other similar companies' orders. Packaging also hideous. Loved one I wanted to gift to is Palestinian. I am deeply disappointed. They sent a link to review the products, and when I clicked the one star option, it took me to a feedback Google form, not the Trustpilot review section I presume I would have gone to if I had pressed the five star option. Sad.

Very unprofessional they messed up the whole four part order for Ramadan 😑😒and ended up sending whatever they wanted it was not what I ordered then the order they did send was very thin and cheap also it took too long then didn’t send the complete order. Still missing part of the order !!No solution for missing orders. I will never order from this company again. Nominal is a way better company to order from. Never had a problem, exquisite merchandise no problem with shipping no problem with tracking your order. They always sent the right pieces. Never had a problem with them, but this company was very tacky.

I got my delivery in October last year and it was Horrendous quality. It looked nothing like the company website and was a total waste of money. I paid £22 for two bracelets, and I would’ve paid £44 if it wasn’t for the offer. As they were such bad quality, I returned them in OCTOBER 2025. It is now February 2026 and i have been waiting just for a £20 refund. I have been ignored in their emails and I sent them around 6-7 emails. They do not care or reply. You will loose your money if you buy from here, I came across another comment suggesting that the company is using claims of supporting Palestine as a way to mislead customers. Based on my experience, this appears to be accurate, as it seems the primary intention is simply to take customers’ money rather than provide proper service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have been going back and forth with them for 2 months now about a package that i have PAID for and NOT fully received bc it wasn’t in stock. They told me to pick a new item from the website and they would sort it out for me. When i send the replacement i wanted they then ask for sketchy stuff like asking me to send pictures of the received items and unboxing video in order to “take appropriate next steps” Ive tried ti be patient with them but it don't look like i will be getting anything. I have never in my life ordered from a less unprofessional and quite frankly scammers of “business” in my life.

Received bracelet from them (all the way from China!!!😡) and it was not like the one in advert at all. Half the size, the band under material was not wide enough so did not hold its shape, patterning squished up as it is put on a band half the size. Just looks cheap!! Transparency with their donation (that’s even if they do give any!) as to how much they give, even when I emailed them and asked. Not forthcoming! Wanted a refund and they said I would have to pay for the return of it. Even when providing them with photos of received bracelet showing clearly it was ‘not as advertised’ . I’m pretty certain the majority of people would not buy Qamar Jewellery if it was advertised ’made in China’ and they should be transparent about the fact. The jewellery is definitely not ‘carefully’ made and if that is their standards, they are clearly pretty poor. If helping the people of Palestine is at the heart of everything they do, they should be transparent about how much they actually donate (if they do!) when you buy a product. Please avoid this company!!!! 😡
