Qalam TravelsReviews of qalamtravels.com

Ismail was a very helpful travel agent helped with all my questions whenever I needed him and made sure we had a meaningful umrah trip jAk.

This is my second time using Qalam Travels and Ismail was my agent. Our plans were last minute but I messaged Ismail and asked if he can create an umrah package for us and he planned it perfectly for my aunt. I was really worried because It was very last minute trip, but Ismail was very patient with us and gave us multiple options. Alhamdulliah my aunt got to Saudi safely and performed her umrah. We are very happy with Qalam travels and thank you again Ismail. I will continue to use this agency and recommend all my family and friends. Thank you Ismail

He’s a good person ,he’s service is very good and patient

Ismail was great in helping me find a good package for Umrah, he responded to my request really fast and he has a good attention to details! Though I didn't book with them because we decided to do it later.

You were very kind and professional.

Best service for translation and Hukoomi works. Accurate and on time. They helped me many times in my personal and business work in urgency and on time. Assalamualaikum promise!

Hasan provided the highest V level customer service I’ve received in a very long time and I’m grateful! He also made my journey seem effortless. Can’t wait to venture to Umrah!

I had a great conversation with Ahsan. He was helpful in providing me a quote for a prospective trip next year. I’ve never travelled internationally and want to go to Umrah so his advice was helpful. He also modified my quote to consider flying business class and with my family. I’ll be reaching out in a couple months to try to finalize a plan inshAllah.
