when ordering my Python Optic I was under the impression that it was a camera. Instead I find it is a binocular to be attached to a cell phone. I would like to return my Phython Optic. Please tell me how. I ordered 2 of them by mistake.

A monocular telescope that attaches to your smartphone and becomes one of the best "camers" you can carry anywhere with amazing picture quality.

I’m still waiting for it, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, I’ve emailed the company and nobody has responded, I joined the tracking app and I get the same text saying USPS is awaiting item. I’m gonna give it a few more days , I purchased on Sept 24th, so I’m gonna give it until the 7th that’s 10 business days then report it as fraud if I haven’t got it by then. Not happy with the way this is going.

I never received the merchandise. I filed a claim and I'm getting my money back. This is the last time I order anything where it is being shipped to me from China. Your rep "Simon" asked me to call my post office to ask where the package is. I called and they had no knowledge of the tracking number. You shpould have called, NOT ME ! The burden of proof that I received my package is on YOU, NOT ME !!!!! Total Bullcrap !!!!

Still haven’t received product yet. Tracking shows it sitting in shipping facility still. Very disappointed and will have charges reversed if not received within the next day or two. Also getting ready for Social Media blitz to share experience. -Unhappy Customer
