Put numbers on each product instead of relying on the pictures. I have yet to receive the monocular I wanted. I wanted the monocular that brought the boat and the moon into sharper view. The ones (5) I received can not bring in anything in from 300 yards. A friend of mine says that this sounds like the old “Bait and Switch” method of advertising one product and hen sending a lesser product for the higher price!!! I would love to return the ones I have and get the one I wanted.!!!

I have rated low due to the very poor…
I have rated low due to the very poor communication,inwhich I had to email the Company to enquire over the delay.I ordered the product the beginning of December and recieved it on the 10th January.I personally would not use this Company again.

So it was so cheaply made the tripod…
So it was so cheaply made the tripod connection just fell out. Also it didn’t seem to work with iPhone that has 3 lenses

Hello Susan and thank you for the review. First, it always helps to reach out to our support team via email, live chat, or phone if you have questions. Your iPhone for example is switching between the lenses based on your phone settings and depending on that you have to align the smartphone adapter, which is very clearly described in the included manual. We are not specialized in making tripods, we simply have added a small flexible unit to your order "free of charge by the way" for customers like you to use, but it does not replace a professional sturdy unit in any way. The Python HD monocular you purchased has a BAK4 prism, fully multi-coated lenses from Japan, is waterproof, and delivers 12x up to 36x optical magnification. That is the world's first for 60 bucks, nobody else can compete with that glass quality at that price point. Now, it's not a Leica, which is hopefully understood. Avoid this company
Avoid this company. I ordered the optic for my phone and got a pop up saying I qualified for a 10 percent discount. When I clicked on it they charged me for 2 of the devices. I have contacted my bank to put a Stop Payment on the entire transaction

ok, the first thing you do in such a scenario is to contact the company so they can help you, Jim. That's what our support team is for. Contacting your bank will take you months to get a refund for the second scope you ordered. Simply ask us to adjust your order, takes seconds.
