Poor product Calls not picked up - ring then immediately go to busy signal Emails not replied to. Buy Anker instead

Received wrong product in my order
Received wrong product in my order. CANNOT reach anyone in customer service to get assistance. I will never purchase again or refer anyone. Customer service is vital for business reputation and this company has none.

Don't stand by their product
Product did not work, tried to exchange product. Company sends emails that they will send return shipping label and never do.

I bought 2 mobile 5 in one power…
I bought 2 mobile 5 in one power chargers. They did not charge my phone. I tried to call contact number and it was disconnected. The website says to email them with order number. There was no order number in package or on webs

Not worth it with the price
The product is cheap quality and its say 10.000 mah but just charge 1 iPhone is already empty. Not a real fast charge too
