We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we want to be very clear: PVAPins is not a scam, and we do not block customers from buying numbers after adding balance. If a number can’t be purchased, it usually means the route closed at that exact moment or the target app rejected that service — not that the payment “disappeared.” We also do not buy reviews. All reviews—positive or negative—are submitted by real users, and Trustpilot removes any that go against their policies. If you had an issue completing a purchase, our team can check your activation attempt + account email and either reopen it or credit it. Please reach out with those details so we can fix this for you right away. We want every customer to have a smooth experience, and we’re here to help.

We’re really sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced. To clarify how PVAPins works: we do not guarantee a number until the moment of activation, because availability changes in real time based on carrier routes and app acceptance. Support can confirm that a route usually has numbers, but routes can close suddenly — especially for apps like Telegram, which frequently block ranges. When a route isn’t available at the exact moment you try to activate, the system shows “no numbers,” but your balance is never lost, and you can either wait for the route to reopen or use another country that works reliably for Telegram. We absolutely do care, and our support team can check your account, guide you to working routes, or credit any failed activation attempts. Please send us your account email + activation details, and we’ll assist you immediately. We’re committed to improving your experience and resolving this properly.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Telegram is one of the strictest platforms when it comes to virtual number acceptance — routes can be blocked suddenly even if they were working before. This isn’t PVAPins “taking” activations; it simply means Telegram rejected that range at the moment of use. We always review failed attempts and can credit or guide you to routes that currently work, depending on availability. Please share your activation IDs + account email, and our team will help you right away. PVAPins is not a scam — Telegram verification is just unpredictable on certain routes, and we’re here to assist you through it.

We’re truly sorry for the experience you’ve had. Telegram and LINE are two of the strictest platforms when it comes to accepting virtual numbers — routes can open and close in real time, which is why some attempts fail even if they worked earlier. This isn’t PVAPins “taking” activations; it’s the app rejecting the number at that moment. Regarding your refund email: we never ignore customer messages on purpose, and we absolutely can review and credit failed activations. If you haven’t received a reply, it may not have reached us. Please send your account email + activation IDs again, and our team will prioritize your case immediately. PVAPins is not a scam — we want to fix this for you and guide you to routes that currently work.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're very sorry to hear that your activation didn’t work as expected. Most apps work normally on our clean routes, but some services can block certain numbers, which causes failed OTP delivery. Our team never refuses help — we always offer a replacement activation or credit when an issue is confirmed. We’d really appreciate the chance to review your order again. Please contact us with your order ID so we can resolve this quickly. We’re here to help, and we want to make sure you get the service you paid for.
