Why is this website a complete scam? This website is a complete scam. None of the phone numbers work. When you contact support, you are first connected to a bot. If you request a live agent, someone joins the chat, asks about your problem, and then stops responding. After a long wait, another agent joins and asks the exact same question, only to disappear as well. The process repeats endlessly until you waste a lot of time and give up.

I purchased a Japanese phone number for Battle.net verification, but the SMS code I received did not work, resulting in a failed activation and loss of money. I contacted support multiple times and opened a total of 4 tickets regarding the issue. Unfortunately, every ticket was marked as "Resolved" without my problem actually being solved. I was repeatedly asked to provide a video as proof, but the ticket system does not provide an option to upload videos or attachments. I also sent screenshots, details, and available evidence to their email address as requested, but I have not received a meaningful response regarding the evidence I submitted. As a customer, I expected proper investigation and communication before tickets were closed. Instead, my issue remains unresolved despite multiple attempts to contact support. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service due to poor customer support and unresolved activation issues.

worst sms service ive ever seen

I made a deposit on Sunday and it show it has been added automatically but no credit was added to my account till date. Reach out to support team and they keep teasing me. Bunch of scammers

never received otp fake website

Less than five minutes after creating an account through Gmail, I decided it wasn’t the right fit for me and tried to delete it. It took me an hour and a half to delete my account. Each time I asked for help I would receive one unhelpful message and then the tech in the chat would disappear. Account deletion links were sent to my email that didn’t work as instructed. Had to just keep trying again and again by myself until it worked.
