Misleading website
I ordered Puttview book for each of my home courses, believing it would give me green information. Nowadays no one needs a yardage book as there are enough GPS devices giving all necessary information. Not being familiar with the site, I didn’t realise there were different options to choose from as only one option was available for my courses. The description mentions green information. Having said that, I sent emails and communicated via the online chat at least 5 times and I haven’t even received an acknowledgment of my communications. This is very poor customer service.
