I am very disappointed with my experience with this law firm. While my son’s bodily injury case was eventually settled, I repeatedly asked about my vehicle and my personal property claim throughout the case. I felt like I was given the runaround for over two years and was never clearly told about any deadline that could affect my rights. During that time, my vehicle remained in impound and was eventually sold. I repeatedly contacted the office by text and phone asking about my vehicle, but I did not feel my concerns were properly addressed. I am now being told that my property damage claim is too late, which has left me feeling frustrated and devastated. Communication was poor, and I felt that my questions were not answered in a clear or timely manner. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone hiring this firm to ask detailed questions about all aspects of their case, including property damage claims, and to make sure they understand any important deadlines.

The worse. They lie and take 40 days and 40 nights to process information. In fact longer is day expect 3 months a full quarter for them to read an email, give a call backs process paper work, etc. it appears they have no digital resources to streamline their work flow so they must carve everything in stone which explains the 3 month wait for basic communication. Also you have to do their jobs for them.

Awful customer service and very poor communication. I am told something completely different each time I call. My case was settled and paperwork was signed in April and I have not received a penny of my money. My attorney told me today that he doesn’t work for me because I didn’t pay up front. They received the check from the insurance company in April, I haven’t received a cent yet.
