Slow customer service.
Customer service very spotty. Phone contact is a recording to leave a message. No live help. Email takes at least a day for a response and additional day after each reply. One a day, no more. It's been days of back and forth and still waiting for the address to send a return? Original email to them requested how to return a product. Can't imagine what can take so long. Not too confident they'll send it anytime soon.
