Pure-Wave by PadoReviews of purewave.com

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Pado PureWave. After approximately four years of normal use, my PureWave device suddenly stopped working and would no longer power on, even after being fully charged. While I understand that products can eventually fail, what has been most frustrating is the complete lack of customer support. I contacted Pado/PureWave by email to request assistance, troubleshooting guidance, or information regarding repair options. Despite multiple attempts, I never received any response. A premium wellness product should be backed by responsive customer service. When a customer reaches out with a legitimate issue, being ignored is simply unacceptable. The product worked well while it lasted, but based on my experience, I would be hesitant to purchase from this company again due to the lack of after-sales support.

I purchased one of their very expensive percussion massagers last year on the advice of a physiotherapist and it stopped working recently. I reached out to the company and learned it was due to a bad battery. They are not replaceable, but the company offers a repair service for a fee. Unfortunately, they don't support Canadians at all. The customer service rep told me "these are in stock on our website, so just buy a new one" because it's too expensive to ship back for repairs. I wasn't even offered the option, because I am from Canada. Why sell a product in a country if you are not willing to support it. You are essentially renting your device for a few months for $200 until the battery dies as a Canadian and this company doesn't care about you or their products in the slightest.
