I started using the CBD drops before sleep and love them. I honestly think it helps me sleep so much sounder. I still have wild nightmares but at least I don’t wake up and ruin my sleep schedule for the night. Nice. Because nightmares suck but not sleeping sucks more. Anyway, I stopped using it for awhile and then once I started again, my sleep improved again. My friend tried it when they stayed over for a sleepover. They also loved it. But they don’t have nightmares every single night. They just liked it. Doesn’t taste like vomit.
