Below Zero Star, No options for No Star. Unprofessional, unethical, hostile, intimidating; movers, do not hire this company PURE MOVING guys. Pure Moving company three guys damaged my property and my Ring camera intentionally and maliciously. They have been delivering some stuff since 8 o’clock in a studio apartment and continue vandalizing my door and my camera slamming their body against my door and their posterior. They’ve been rubbing against my daughter and my Camera since morning and it’s been almost 8 to 9 hours. I notified the manager, Janes, about these three guys' misconduct, but she continues to refuse to address the seriousness of the situation and refuses to contact the movers. I gave her the exact address and apartment number, but Jane, the manager from claims said she is unable to locate these movers. Wait until tomorrow morning then they will see. Jane said there is no other manager available to take care of this issue, nor do they have any ethics or compliance Hotline where women can report the misconduct of these movers, I had nothing to do with these movers, still they harass me for ten hours, these movers are perverts, creepy, disgusting, mentally unstable psycho. Not safe for women's at all RUN AWAY from this company I had the video also from 8am if anyone wants to see the misconduct of these pure moving company Los Angeles, CA

To start they arrived and surveyed the contents of the house and decided to change our planned 2 day move into a 1 day, stating they felt they could get it all done in one day as they had another job the next day. While signing the paperwork later that evening the main guy remarked he was happy that they could now have a day off tomorrow. Had we known this would lead our things being haphazardly packed, we would have insisted that they stick to the plan to pack one day, and move the following day, but moving is hell getting it over with in one day sounded great at the time. We assumed it would be akin to our first experience with packers taking care to wrap and organize each of our things. Wrong! While Pure Moving was a great deal faster, it was at the cost of careful wrapping, packing and organization. The bathroom was the most egregious with smaller boxes taped together to make them taller resulting in everything dumped into one disorganized pile. Glass soap dispensers, shampoo containers, bar soap, under the cabinet cleansers, cosmetics, perfume bottles and hair accessories all on top of each other without rhyme or reason. I assure you, if I wanted to toss all my things into one giant box to sort out on the other end I could have done so without wasting money. Unpacking has been a frustrating nightmare, not to mention the thankfully few things (so far) that were broken or dirty because they packed a plant on top of the clothes hamper. No thank you.

Great movers!! I moved from Venice to hollywood, usually i am a complainer but not here! Guys were friendly and quick, took great care of my furniture! Keep it up, i ll definiitely call you next time i need to move

The corporation was on time, the flow went incredible easily, and became very green. fixtures was properly covered, they communicated the whole time, and took care of our stuff. i would without a doubt use them again.f
