PureModern shipped my door bell quickly, although the wrong color was shipped, when I called them, they quickly shipped a replacement. My door bell is a good quality and looks great. I highly recommend doing business with PureModern.

Extremely beautiful. Instructions for assembly were sparse and unclear. But, once completed it is exactly as pictured. I did chat via on-line regarding the purchase of the sofa that accompanied the place in the picture. Service person said he would get back to me, but never did.

We gave the Ecosphere to my husband for Father's Day and he loves it! Such a unique gift and something he can enjoy all day while working at his desk. The coolest, no maintenance "fish tank" one can own.

I ordered a clock for my boyfriend for Christmas that was available online in a few fonts. Unfortunately Pure Modern didn't realize that it really only came in two, and neither was the one I wanted. Needless to say, I got quick and helpful responses from my customer service rep, the website was updated immediately, and Pure Modern more than made up for the mistake. Very impressed!
