The Blomus towel stand from PureModern was exactly as pictured and described. Easily assembled, the polished chrome with a heavy, stone base looks elegant in my remodeled bathroom. It fits perfectly beside the tub where it's needed, and holds two dry towel sets. PureModern shipped promptly. Thanks!

Ordered a doorbell, but it doesn't light up as was specified for some reason. It still works, it just doesn't light up as the image did. As in, no light at all. *edit* Customer service quickly got in contact with me after I asked for an exchange. Was sent a replacement at no charge. Satisfied with the outcome. Very good company.

The stainless steel rain gauge is just what I wanted. It shipped timely, and was packaged nicely. The rain gauge was nicely done and I was so looking forward to placing in the front of my home. Unfortunately, I did have to return it as it read in metric and not in inches. I requested a return label which I received shortly thereof. The people were nice to work with and did what was expected in a timely fashion. I definitely will do business with them again.

The item I ordered arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and was just as described on the web site, although I telephoned them to verify the color, as the name of the color didn't seem to go with the description. The person I spoke to was courteous and helpful.
