We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We’ve checked our records and couldn’t find any orders under your name or contact details. It’s possible that you may have ordered from another company that’s using our images or name in their advertisements. Our company doesn't have subscription with you. We kindly ask that you review your order details and confirm the seller. If this wasn’t our company, please consider removing or updating your review, as it seems to be a misunderstanding. If you have any additional information, please reach out to us directly [email protected] — we’d be happy to help clarify this situation.
