Unprofessional Chinese vendors. Orders come open and spills. Customer service agents only reply to email in all caps. A few of my colleagues orders got cancelled without request. They really had almost 1 star but they made a lot of fake reviews recently. Wonder why

Misleading website/poor business practices. Advertising products/packages not actually offeredin bait-and-switch manner. Phone number provided for online orders/customer service is not attended. Price gouging-trying to upsell larger volume orders.

The woman who fields inbound customer service calls couldn't be any more rude. My package was never delivered and she just tells me to call FEDEX instead of opening a claim as the shipper. Essentially, this company stole almost $100 from me, since I don't have any product that I paid for. Beware of any company that will not take responsibility for ensuring its product gets to the Buyer.
