Everything was great and i loved it but my arrowroot powder was spilled when I received it.

Pure essentials has been my primary source for bathbomb supplies over the years. I love the products, fast shipping, and the customer care.

Got all of my items! Not satisfied with the WATERFALL FRAGRANCE OIL that I purchased...didn't like the smell & made my soap batter trace extremely fast. I didn't stick blend that much & within minutes it had thickened to pudding. However I'm satisfied with the rest of my items. I will STILL buy from you again!
Response from Pure Essential Supply, Inc.Jan 6, 2020
K.M, We are very sorry to hear that the Waterfall Fragrance sped up your trace. Some of our fragrances may work better in different recipes and or products for example a bath bomb. We are very happy to hear you were satisfied with all of your other items. We extremely appreciate your business and we hope we can continue to please your shopping needs! Thank you, Pamela Ernst, Owner of Pure Essential Supply

Great company! Fast delivery! I have only given 4 stars because of the shipping costs. There have been many times where I have chosen another company because of cheaper or free shipping rates. I have not done that with Pure Essentials, but it has crossed my mind.
