Hello, Thank you for giving our sample kit a try. We do want to mention that these products are all natural and do not contain scents. The lather may not be as intense due to the fact that it doesn't contain additional chemicals to increase the lather. If you would like to scent your own products while keeping the product as natural as you can we advise adding a few drops of your preferred essential oil! Thank you for your business we appreciate you!

Deena, We are so glad our delivery time was up to your standards! It is unfortunate the molds and fragrance oil weren't quite what you were looking for. The Baby soap mold states it's a mini mold. We always recommend looking at the measurements to ensure it is the product you want, the same goes with the Milk cow mold. Our Egyptian Musk Fragrance oil is definitely one of our top sellers, we hope you find what you are looking for. We do appreciate your business! Happy Holidays from us here at Pure Essential Supply!

Hello, Rachel, we do apologize for the confusing situation. Many of our colors are very concentrated and due to the base they are suspended in it may appear a darker deeper color than what is projected when in use. We always advise you shake it thoroughly before using in your products to ensure the color is suspended throughout the base. We have tested these colors in our soaps and aren't too familiar on how they transpire when added to lip products. That being said we do apologize for the outcome. Please contact us further to reach a solution to this issue. Thank you for your patience, our contact info: (630)262-2522 Maria R. Pure Essential Team

Vonda, We do apologize for any inconveniences that may have occurred! We try our best to assure our packages are shipped out the same day during our business hours. Once a package leaves our facility we have no control if the item is lost. We always try to accommodate our customers in the rare case that this happens. During the holidays we understand time is of the essence and we do apologize on behalf of the mail carrier as well. We would love to continue to provide you with all natural high quality ingredients in the future. We assure you this almost never happens, but unfortunately from time to time the carriers do misplace items. We will do our best on preventing this from happening again! Please feel free to contact us with any questions at all! Thank you, Pamela Ernst, Owner of Pure Essential Supply
