Long unresolved payout delay after confirmation my accounts were legitimate
I submitted three separate payout requests on July 20, each in the amount of $4500. As of August 21, I still have not received any of these funds. Here is my experience with Purdia Capital LLC. I acknowledge I attempted to exploit platform bugs previously. All accounts created via bug‑exploiting activity were closed, and I gained zero profit or funds from those accounts. Following this incident, I was blocked from buying new accounts. I accept this restriction and take responsibility for my actions. Frank from Purdia stated: “If you have a separate, legitimately obtained account that is not connected to this activity, it will continue to be handled in accordance with its applicable terms.” On August 12, Purdia support confirmed that the three July‑20 payout requests originated from legitimate temp‑SFA accounts eligible for withdrawal. Support advised me they would check with the Finance department on payout status and opened a support ticket for my case. It is now August 21. Over the past week, I have received no updates from their finance team. Every time I reached out via live chat, I only got the identical reply that my case was still under review. I find it hard to believe a ticket can stay in review this long with zero meaningful updates. It appears there may be ongoing procrastination on their side. I have preserved all email and chat records with the Purdia team. I will update this review if my payouts are successfully released. Please read it "On August 12, Purdia support confirmed that the three July‑20 payout requests originated from legitimate temp‑SFA accounts eligible for withdrawal."

You knowingly abused a technical bug in our system to obtain accounts you were not entitled to. And now you’re requesting payouts that you should never have been able to receive in the first place. Exploiting a technical issue does not make those accounts or the resulting payouts legitimate. This is not how it works.
