Do NOT buy from this company
Do NOT buy from this company, I ordered three "books" for my nieces Christmas presents ..these are not books, they are 6"x6" pamphlets and I paid over $10.00 for EACH! Outrageous and don't buy from this company, they are scamming crooks! I was asked to provide additional information the only thing I could add is when I called customer service there was only an insistence that these were Books and absolutely no understanding that a book is hard covered with a binding, and not stapled pages.

Judy, I wasn't able to find any orders under the email that you provided, but did find orders under the name Judith Darlak. I am assuming that these are the orders you are referring too. I see that my Customer Service Manager refunded all of the charges for your orders. I'm sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with your purchase, but it appears that the situation has been resolved. PDIC Customer Support

Do not order from this companyDO NOT ORDER. IF YOU DO BEWARE OF EXTRA PAGES THAT HAVE AUTOMATED CHARGES MONTHLY
Do not order from this company. Although the books are nice, they have hidden charges and subscriptions that you are charged for without notifying you. The charges are in excess of $100, without refunding you any of your banking charges incurred.

As all the other reviews said
As all the other reviews said. They have charged my card several times but was caught the first time. So they didn't get the money. But a headache as I had to get another new card!! 3 ND one this year from another scam!! I don't think I'll do business anymore except directly and cash only. I'm done with these technical scammers!!!🤬😡

I wouldn’t give them any stars!!
I wouldn’t give them any stars!!! Like others have said, they are charging my card multiple times. Thankfully my bank saw this as fraud but it’s still a damn headache. This company should be shut down! Don’t give them any of your information.

Jacqueline, I apologize for any confusion regarding this order. Certain items include a 30-day free trial of our digital content with your purchase. After the order was placed, you should have received an email with instructions for accessing the content as well as how to cancel the trial if you are not interested. If the the 30-day period lapses without a cancellation, you would be billed the yearly subscription charge. I certainly don't want you to pay for something that you didn't want and won't use. I see that you contacted us on 12/27/22 and one of our Customer Support Team members cancelled the subscription. No charges were ever completed, so there was no need for a refund in this case. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any further questions or concerns. Have a great day and thank you for your business! PDIC Customer Support Team

This company is a total SCAM
This company is a total SCAM! I, too, was charged $97 for an automatic pay I did not authorize! The three children books I’ve received were okay. I would have been much better off to order at a local bookstore, and much cheaper. It’s so unfortunate that we can’t trust anyone. Not even companies who “innocently” sell religious children books. Luckily, my bank account was able to block the charge in time. PayPal, however, claims the autopay was authorized by me?!?! Seriously! I’m so mad!! Mostly, mad at myself for being duped once again by these con artists.

SCAM
SCAM. My credit card was charged an extra $104.96 without my permission. Beware and report any fraudulent activity to the authorities. This company needs to be accountable for all the unauthorized activity they seem to be doing. What a shame, now that I know, because I was going to give these books as a Christmas gift, but now I'm not sure. ugh!

I ordered the Christmas books…
I ordered the Christmas books advertised on Facebook. I got them on November 12 2022. About a week or two later I looked at my card account and had a charge of 102.00 dollars charged to my account. I contacted my account to see what l could do. They checked and said it was an authorized account which it wasn’t. So now lm out of 102.00.
