We understand your frustration, but as you know, payment is contingent upon an approved creative. Unfortunately, your creative was not approved. We know it can be challenging when you take the time to create a video that isn't accepted by the brand, but we are certain you will have continued success as a creator. As for the other creators you mentioned, we can't really speak to that since we don't know who you are referring to. However, we can confirm all creators who work with our brand have been paid in full and have continued to provide new content.

Jennifer, Thank you for reaching out and for your feedback. After taking a look into your order, I see that two book bundles were included. The first bundle is the one that you originally chose to order. The second would have been offered to you as a discounted item prior to the checkout screen. It won’t be added to an order unless the customer clicks the button saying “YES, add it to my order!”. I was unable to find more than that one order associated with your account. I see that you have been in contact with our Customer Support Team and that all charges associated with the 2 book bundles have been refunded. Please let us know if there is anything else that we can assist you with by contacting either through our website as you did previously, or by calling our customer support line at 888-801-0002. Ashley, Thanks for reaching out! I have looked in our system and see only one order matching your name. There is no free-trial or subscription associated with that account, so I'm wondering if you could provide more information to help me with locating your order. I've request more info through this site, so you can just respond there. In regard to the subscription, we've done our best to ensure that the information concerning the free trial of our digital content is presented to customers multiple times throughout the shopping/purchasing process. Brandi, We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback. We do our best to make the subscription information as visible as possible during the ordering process (it's mentioned on multiple screens) and it is listed as a line item on the final screen before you submit payment as well. We send out emails after a customer makes their purchase with instructions for accessing the subscription as well as instructions for cancelling it before the free trial expires. I see that you were in touch with our Customer Support Team earlier today and that they were able to ensure that the subscription was cancelled and the full amount for it refunded. I'm also excited to let you know that we are in the process of implementing phone support in addition to our email and chat options. I hope that you'll give us a try again the next time you're in the market for quality children's books!
