If I could rate 0 I would also. I tried to cancel my order because they doubled the order. I am on a fixed income and I can not afford this. This order will take food from my plate!

I ordered a 3 book bundle for like…
I ordered a 3 book bundle for like $35.00, then a month later was charged $97.00! Totally unauthorized! Luckily it was on a credit card and not debit.

About 2 months ago I paid for 3 books…
About 2 months ago I paid for 3 books and received 2 books and it took several weeks to get the third one. This month I was billed $97.00 to my credit card and I had not ordered anything. I called the phone number my credit card co. gave me for them and got an automated message with instructions to go to "help.puppydogs&icecream". I tried this and could not connect to a website. I believe this is a scam.

If I could give 0 stars I would. In reading everyone else’s reviews, all I can say is that I have the same story to tell. Purchased three books (which were a huge disappointment) and then charged $97 usd for a subscription I did not agree to. Coincidentally there was also suspicious charge for a taxi ride in the US (I’m in Canada) listed at the same time. Related? Regardless, I cancelled my card. This is not a legitimate company. I hope this review helps someone.

Predatory business practices
I only really wanted to buy one book. They upsold me with these crazy pop up windows another set and another book. Great, I guess? I was solo parenting a teen with behaviour problems and thought the books would help. You know what doesn't help? A surprise $137 Can ($97) bill for an online subscription I never agreed to that surreptitiously showed up on my bill as "free subscription" in August. A month later they billed my PayPal. Thanks for adding more stress to my life, small independent book publisher. I can't believe I've been scammed by an indy book publisher. First time for everything.

Beware of this company
I ordered 3 books, then was charged $97.00 for a "subscription" that I did not agree to. I have tried and tried to get this charged refunded to my card, without success, indeed, without any answer from this company.

Book Scam,, I ordered some books for my grandson in…
I ordered some books for my grandson in August and paid with my credit card. Then sept was charged $97.00 for books I never received. I canceled my account with them and requested a refund which I never received. Scam alert
