The very first thing is that the laser cuts or burns nothing. Tried it on my palm.Very bright but no heat. Not worth the money. Recommend do not purchase.

I genuinely wanted to like this. I cannot. Taste: the vanilla is overwhelming in the worst way. It triggered a strong gag reflex on the first try and the second, and I eventually gave up trying to finish a serving. I am not a fussy user of protein powders, but this one I could not get down. Mixability: poor. It clumps badly in both water and milk, leaving undissolved lumps regardless of shaker, blender or order of ingredients. For a product at this price point that is hard to forgive. Customer service: this is what tips the review from disappointing to avoid. I explained the problem and asked for a refund. The only offer made was 20% off a future purchase, which is meaningless when the complaint is that the product itself is unusable. A company confident in its formulation would refund unhappy customers, not try to funnel them back into buying more. On taste, texture and after-sales handling this falls well short of what the marketing promises. I would not recommend it and will not be repurchasing.

Disgraceful company!!! I did not sign up for a recurring shipments of their protein powder, but they sent it to me anyway, and refuse to refund my $$. I did buy one package of vanilla protein powder and the package burst and spilled all over my kitchen! The powder tasted revolting, so I never planned on reordering. Terrible customer service. Don’t WASTE your money.

They refused to honor the deal in their email they sent saying a shaker comes with first order. They say if u don't add it yourself u don't get it lol it's false advertising especially after they tell u it cost another $8 to ship back after you already spent $60 on a bag of protein that tastes like tap water. Afterwards they tell u can't refund if you'd tried the product. Then u have to click a cancel button like 10 times to cancel the damn thing! Many other consumers also complained abt how they sent them expired product that made them feel sick. See for yourself on Amazon.

Elendigt! Du må ikke handle her, nok den dårligste "shop" og service jeg har prøvet! Umuligt at se hvor langt din ordre er Helt ekstremt dårlig levering. En service der hverken gør til eller fra. Køb dit Puori andetsteds. Håber at selve produktet er bedre end dette.

J'ai commandé en décembre et j'ai relancé par mail sur l'adresse électronique du support. Je n'ai aucune réponse, par contre toujours pas de colis et la commande (à l'état non traitée) a été encaissée immédiatement. 31/01/2020: modification de l'avis.J'ai reçu cette semaine un mail du support relatant de nombreuses requêtes de clients suite à un dysfonctionnement de la plateforme de commande. Comme il s'agissait de ma première commande, je ne peux avoir de certitudes sur la qualité du service, donc je remonte l'évaluation à 3 étoiles. Cependant, je tiens à préciser que les produits sont d'excellente qualité, comme en témoignent des tests en laboratoire indépendant.
