Hi Amanda, As we discussed in our previous email, your order was shipped within the standard delivery timeframe and was confirmed as successfully delivered. We understand it can be frustrating when there’s uncertainty about a package’s arrival, but stating that it was “never received” may give other customers the wrong impression and isn’t a fair reflection of the service provided. If there are still any concerns about the item after delivery, we’re happy to help address them directly. Best regards, Team PunkPlugs

I’m extremely happy with the products…
I’m extremely happy with the products from this brand! The quality is excellent – everything is crafted with great attention to detail. I ordered plug earrings, and they were amazing – they look beautiful, fit me perfectly, and are very comfortable to wear. The brand truly stands out and is worth recommending – I absolutely recommend it! I’ll definitely be shopping from them again.
