I have been using their software since around 1999, buying my first copy at a Best Buy in Fort Wayne Indiana. I have bought multiple copies, upgrades, and recommended the software many times. It's fine software. Unfortunately, their company policy now is showing how little they appreciate the years of support. I am currently in the Philippines and needed to rebuild a computer here because of one failing, and the older installation on this rebuild is broken because of a HDD that I haven't been able to safely ship here yet, and the install file is on that HDD as well. All I need is that version install file to repair the installation, which they have, and they refuse to send it. They could save me such a headache but instead they choose to try to get me to pay for an upgrade because of a 1 year support policy. The most recent copy I bought was about 6 months ago but was for Mac and I need "support" for the PC version. They could send me that file in less time it takes them to write another email response and have a customer who appreciates them but "policy" is king. I won't be buying their software anymore and I am sorry I supported them for so many years.

Punch! Home & Landscape Design Studio v22 purchased 3 years ago, needed to move it to another computer. Would not move the license, forced me to buy again or buy a maintenance plan. I retained the download file as well as the license key, but didn't matter

Voilà leur réponse face à mon problème: Unfortunately there is no way to provide you with a key for the v20 program, as it can no longer be registered with the age of it. Programs typical life span is around 5yrs and this is because of the advancements in technologies when it comes to operating systems, hardware, program coding and support systems. Your v20 has older antiquated coding that can no longer be updated with the age of it and it points to an equally antiquated server that no longer exists. Voilà le résultat de l'achat en ligne avec des licences avec des serveurs, ils arrêtent quand ils veulent et tant pis pour nous, pas de recours, ils sont à l'étranger, très bien vu.
