If I could give this Mortgage Company ZERO STARS I WOULD! We have been in the underwriting process for WEEKS, the communication is NEARLY ZERO! There is always another obstacle and reason why they need another bit of information, even information that we have ALREADY given them. There is clear lack of communication within the company as well as with customers. Any time my family and I have been given an answer, it is because WE have reached out and NOT the other way around. I read another review on here that said this company makes them feel like they are some sort of criminal, and I COULDN'T HAVE worded it better myself. The astonishing amount of other 1-STAR reviews with similar issues to mine is ALL THE VALIDATION I NEEDED! It is not a ME issue... It is this company's issue! * "documents submitting multiple times" * "they will not answer the phone" * "a lot of letters that I have never done before in previous" 2 houses! * "giving the run around, saying you will be approved until at the last minute you are not" * "causing closin delays" These are ONLY a few of the repeated negative reviews your company has received across MULTIPLE REVIEW PLATFORMS outside of TRUST PILOT! This company found out I am pregnant and now has the audacity to DEMAND that I give them my due date and the ages of all my other children! ABSOLUTELY INSANE!!

Loan processor Christina lacked professionalism and communication was horrible which caused multiple delays. They tell you loan is approved then they go in circles causing frustration and last minute changes. The delays were so bad we found another Lender who could speed up the process yet Tom stepped in with more false promises and would not provide a denial letter we needed in writing. They gave us several closing dates and failed each one. This lender just makes the stress of buying a house and moving worse.

An absolutely horrible experience with customer no service coupled with high rates that can be beat by an independent broker. I agree with all the negative reviews I have read. There is a reason why they give all those closing credits. Not worth it. RUN,RUN,RUN.
