Inaccurate measurement, stopped working after a month of use.

I ordered my ring back in early Dec....and still have not received it. Their phone number does not work and they do not respond to emails. I am going to have American Express go after them....horrible business and quite possibly a scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Sent wrong ring colour and size, emailed to have them send me the right one, no answer posted on FB they deleted the comment.

This company is all over Facebook charging $99.95 for a ring that supposedly monitors your health data. About 4-6 weeks after you place your order, you receive a ring sizing kit. You’re supposed to scan a QR code on their website and then enter your ring size. It’s been 4 weeks now since I did all of that and I still have not received a ring. I emailed them and their response was that they expect me to receive the ring in two days. Two WEEKS later and I haven’t received it. I emailed them again and requested my money back and their response was exactly the same, “we expect you to receive your order in two days”.
