Scam! Why can't I change my wallet address so I can connect?

I took part in the presale and now I am not able to access my tokens. The company is not reachable via mail although they provide a support@, complaints@,... On their website in the complaints section I found the following information at the bottom of the page that gives me not much confidence that I will ever get my money back: RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS You are not allowed to access or use our services if you are located, incorporated or otherwise established in, or a citizen or resident of the United States of America or other countries or territories where the activity shall be specially licensed or regulated. If you are traveling to prohibited countries or territories, you acknowledge that our services may not be available to you. The content on this website is not intended for citizens or residents of the European Union, the wider European Economic Area or the United Kingdom

These guys are scammers. They don’t reply to your emails and support e-mailadres does not work anymore. Be careful and don’t invest in this project because you’ll lose all your money.

Before they inform presale buyers to airdrop to their wallets without talking about pay ETH for gas fee but now they request ETH for airdrop!!Also they do not answer to your emails after presale finished!!Their email address "support@pullx... do not exist!!Take care may be another scam website!!

I purchased this coin. I sent the email several times to ask when the airdrop is, but this site or team or support team does not reply for me.
