late delivery not happy

i’ve ordered before and had no issue except for one device out of the 4 i’ve ordered came completely broken. this time, i ordered and the very next day i got an email saying it had been shipped (which is odd because usually it takes at least a few days to even process). well 8 days pass and it usps still said the same thing “awaiting package” meaning it had never gotten to the facility. i’ve sent a total of 4 emails to this guy asking for any sort of update at all, and finally after being ignored i filed a claim and asked for a refund. well, refund was granted and i still have not gotten my money back. i recently lost my job, and that 26 bucks was the last bit of money i had. so yeah, this sucked a lot.
