ProActive Technology Group has been my company's Managed IT provider for 4 years. I am thrilled with the service they provide. Cyber Security is a massive concern for all business owners with the sophistication of cyber criminals in the current time. ProActive monitors my systems and constantly upgrades our protection to keep our IT infrastructure current. Highly recommended!

Proactive's technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. They made the process of switching over from my existing IT company easy, and held my hand every step of the way. They're really good at completing requests quickly. Which is something I struggled with my last company. Sometimes it would take days for them to get back to me! PTG answers my calls the same day and issues are usually resolved within the first call. I love these guys!!

Since partnering with Proactive in 2016, we have been consistently impressed with their level of expertise and professionalism. Their team has handled projects in various domains, including Microsoft 365, Office Cabling & Infrastructure Setup, Networking, and many others. They have always been forward-looking in identifying potential issues and providing efficient solutions to resolve them. Our day-to-day relationship with Proactive MSP is primarily focused on Helpdesk Support, and we have always found their team to be responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have consistently provided us with timely solutions to our technical issues, allowing us to focus on our core business operations. What sets Proactive apart is their long-term approach to our partnership. They have worked with us to understand our business needs and goals, and have provided us with solutions that have allowed us to streamline our operations and improve our overall efficiency. Their team is always available to offer guidance and advice on new technologies and trends, ensuring that we stay ahead of the curve. I would recommend you go with their after-hours emergency support as it has saved us plenty of times throughout the years. Overall, we highly recommend Proactive for their exceptional service and expertise. Their team is a pleasure to work with (Mark, Christine, Diana, Stu, Mike, among others), and we have complete confidence in their ability to handle any technical challenge we may face.
