It's not worth sacrificing your company name with this unreliable supplier. Do not attempt to partner with them. They failed to deliver on our agreed delivery date and our project got delayed because of them. Their customer support seems to lack consumer concern and empathy when you raise your issues with them. Find more reliable and prompter supplier.

Bought a couple of appliance from them and experienced delayed delivery. I sent them an email to inquire about my order and was really shocked to realize that their customer support was taking their time to give me feedback on the same. They however answered my phone. I was offered no explanation and was told that my order would arrive soon.

We were working on a construction project and contacted this company. We agreed on what we needed and when this was to be delivered, I am not sure what happened in between but our project was delayed because they were not prompt.
