First time, and only time I will ever send a card to PSA. Had it at their facility since beginning of March and now have lost the card. Will only reimburse for the raw card at time of delivery to facility. Bullshit company!

My brother and I sent in 25 pokemon cards to PSA in March, it is now August 10 and we just finally got our grades back. We check our cards before to ensure they are quality and should grade high, tell me how PSA made us wait 5 MONTHS and then only gave one of our cards a 10?? Straight up it feels like we got scammed

PSA is a scam!! Stay away!! I paid extra for the expedited card grading service. Sent them a card valued at $5000. The turnaround time was 14 days. Took them over 3 months to grade my card. I called customer service several times. They would just apologize. No refund. No discount. This company advertises an expedited service and charges extra for it but doesn’t keep to it. They have no business ethics.

Long time user of PSA, having had hundreds of cards graded with them over the years. But I am moving to another company as PSA standards have continue to diminish while turnaround times do nothing but increase. Poor customer service and even poorer communication from them. My last order missed its turnaround time by over six weeks and all I was offered was a promo offer to save 10% on my next order with them.

SCAM - MONEY GRAB My son sent a card of Elly De La Cruz to have autograph authenticated. My son personally got this signature. I was there when he did. We can provide proof. Card returned from PSA saying signature could not be authenticated. I called to offer proof and they will not accept. I get there are dishonest people who may use false proof. I requested my son’s money back stating my son should not lose his money when an authenticator made an error. If you don’t want to accept our proof then he should at least get his money back.

They just steal your cards and you never hear from them again!! I have been waiting a year from July.
