I sent them a Garbage Pail Card with Tim Taylor's autograph on it and paid for them to grade and authenticate it. I sent the card to Tim Allen's fan mail address and two months later it came back with an autograph on it. They kept my money and said the card was inconclusive. They took it out of the hard sleeve I put it in and sent it back in a shifty thin sleeve and it was bent down the middle.

Back in March 2023 I submitted 11 cards…
Back in March 2023 I submitted 11 cards for grading. PSA received these cards and added the process to my account. A couple months went by and the submission was removed from my account. I contacted them about the issue and they then notified me they had lost my cards. No accountability.. what do you guys receive the packages and toss them in a pile? lack of processes in a what was supposed to be a professional grading company who’s “#1”. Do not use PSA. I will be submitting through Beckett and SGC from here on out.

Item Removed From PSA Vault without Authorization or Compensation
I felt it necessary to share a recent experience that has shaken my trust in the platform. I had purchased a 1980 Rickey Henderson Topps rookie card via Golden Marketplace, and after a successful transaction, it was added to my PSA vault. Days later, to my shock, the card vanished from my vault without any authorization or notification from my end.
In my quest for answers, I've communicated with various representatives, even escalating my concerns to the highest echelons of the company, including the CEO Nat Turner. Throughout this ordeal, I've been met with vague explanations, and, most alarmingly, no one has given a direct answer to a simple question: "Can cards in my vault be removed without my consent?”
To date, not only have I not received the card back or any clear policy explanation, but I also haven’t been compensated for the market value of the card or even the initial amount I paid. Essentially, my card and my money were taken without my consent or any viable explanation. PSA seems to want to blame Golden, and Golden seems to want to blame PSA.
For anyone considering using Golden Marketplace or PSA Vault service, I'd advise caution. It's crucial to know whether your purchases, once confirmed and placed in their vault, are genuinely safe and secure. The lack of clarity, communication, and customer-first approach in my experience has been disheartening, to say the least.

I I paid over $160 NOTHING!
I I paid over $160 for autograph authentication for four cards. All cards were deemed "questionable authenticity". Yes, I knew that. That was why I sent them to PSA. So, I pay $160 to be told what I know. If they cannot authenticate they should not be charging. I searched some forums and found that people who knew their autographs were real got the same treatment. Apparently, if you send it back AGAIN, you might get an answer. So, on top of that, for the $160, you'd think you'd get a nice holder. NOPE! I will not use PSA for anything, ever again. Nor will I purchase anything they graded. They do not know what they are doing.

Fraudulent Practice of Not Providing Any Documentation of Analysis
I sent in signatures of flight crew for Howard Hughes world record flight around the world. They sent back an improperly signed form letter saying they couldn't certify with no documentation of analysis, no comparison of signatures or anything and then charged my credit card for the "analysis" of 5 signatures. This is outright fraud. They have no customer service. If you call you get a recording saying call back tomorrow. I've tried calling for weeks.

Horrible Customer Service
Where to start...contacted them about replacing a Letter of Authenticity (LOA) that was lost for a large (very large) Mohammed Ali display with robe, shorts, and glove all signed. Purchased at a high-end charity auction in LA years ago. Rep said they could do it using photos as shipping the product would be over $500. Over a year ago, I sent them photos, and my original invoice showing I paid $8,000! I tried following up - their authentication team was very busy (every time) supposedly. They lost my records while implementing a new CRM system (supposedly) but called me out of the blue and now say they need to see the display and items (which are in the display). Horrible follow-up, misleading bait & switch on what they could and couldn't do. Only good thing is it didn't cost me anything except long wait times and no help whatsoever.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!
This company has to have the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with. It is now at six months since they received my cards for grading. And good luck trying to get a response by phone or email to find out when they will send the cards.
