SPENT ALOT WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEN A CARD WAS DAMAGED IN THE GRADING PROCESS WHICH MAKES NO SINCE SOMONE SHOULD BE FIRED. THEN THEY OFFERED ME LITTLE TO NOTHING FOR THE CARD, THEY DESTROYED IT WAS GOING TO BE A PSA 9 THEIR DAMAGE REDUCED IT TO PSA 7 THE OFFERED ME $30 ON A /8 ROOKIE PLAYER. YOU CAN'T USE COMPS ON CARDS THAT ARE IN THE ROOKIE YEAR I'M GONNA LOOSE SOME GOOD MONEY ON THIS CARD AND PSA DOESN'T CARE ONE BIT. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! USE SGC TO GRADE YOUR CARDS

Zero response to numerous customer inquiries over the years. I guess they have enough peoples money and don't want mine

This company is such a joke. They will only give out 10s to those who have spent thousands of dollars. PSA takes your money first and they don't care about the true condition of the cards. I had a card that was a 8 but BGS gave it GEM Mint. Never again will I ever give this crappy company any of my hard earned money. Boycott PSA!!!!!

I wanted to change my ship to address as I didn't realize it would be signature required and I couldn't be home for the delivery. Fedex wouldnt allow me to do it so I tried calling PSA. No matter how many times I called, they would simply hang up on me. I tried submitting a support form and sending an email with no response. I tried calling early in the morning and was finally put on a queue. AFTER 5 HOURS on hold it was finally my turn and they simply hung up on me... I've never experienced such awful customer service. This should be so easy to fix. Now the card will be shipping back to them and I'm not confident I'll ever see it. The Fedex location is 2 hours away from me so I'm unable to pick it up

Delays at every level, over 3 months to get my order returned. I'll be using Beckett or JSA going forward.

All 9 cards I submitted to PSA received different grades and none were above 8. These were Garbage Pail Kids cards straight out of the pack, so how were they not all 9s and 10s? This grading seems to be a joke, a scam, and a waste of my money. If I could do it again, I would not send PSA a thing. Shame on you PSA! You need to do better. Look at all these 1 star reviews! Pathetic......

This company is a joke. They grade and charge you based on the value of the card. If your card is valuable and it gets graded a 10 expect to lose a good chunk of change because of that. A complete joke 🤣🤣 I want this company to just leave the hobby in general so other more genuine caring companies can shine more. The prices should be a set price for each card at a set price not based on value. They send your cards back unsafe and unprotected if they're not graded and it just seems like they don't care and are selfish and just want people's money. Terrible company hopefully it goes away within the next year

I sent about 15 cards total to PSA divided in a few shippments at a different times of the year. This time, i'm done with this company. On all the cards I sent, I had a lot of 9's, two 7's, one 6 and even two 4's. They don't provide any reason on why you got this grade, at PSA's discretion. Most of my 9's were absolutely flawless, in a muuuuch better condition than most 10's you see on the market, yet it was absolutely impossible to get a 10. The funny thing is : I'm sure if i pop the case and send them back a few times, i know I can get a 10 on any of those cards. For the 4's and the 6, those "graders" must have smoked some really hard crap cause they deserved an 8 minimum. Only one 7 was fair. Even one of my 9 deserved a 7 and they over graded it. My advice to regular collectors would be to STAY AWAY FROM PSA. They put your cards in cheap 10 cents cases without even sleeving them and give them a random grade. You pay a fortune for this, it takes forever, can damage your cards by shipping them to the other side of the world, and they can overcharge you afterwards if they think the card is worth more money. It's not worth the pain seriously. PSA is going down, most of the collectors think the same way I do. Most of us refuse to work with them anymore or trust their grades on the market. No matter what the influtubers tell you, most of them are in a deal with PSA that's why they show you so much 10's. That's why Logan Paul PSA 10 charizard is in such a poor condition. They are PSA ambassadors, they are bringing them customers to rip off. I never met any normal collector having a card graded 10, even if they send it straight out from the booster. At least I'm happy to have my cards back. Reading all the reviews, it happens sometimes you don't so I'm happy for this. I will most likely pop the cases and send them to more serious companies like CGC or leave them raw. Anyways bye bye PSA. Hope you and your shady gradings sink.
