The turn around time is appalling. We will never make the mistake of using this service again.

Human emotional error. You’re otw towards monopolizing the grading system the least you could do is be better. Nobody likes you except tweens, that’s because they don’t know any better yet. The crash and burn is definitely coming unless you nut up and get human error out of the grading process.

I have before and after pictures.. conveniently all my cards that should have graded higher, came back with lower grades, and the SAME EXACT little white knick in the bottom right corner for the majority of the cards, some coming back with more damage than that. It is clear that someone had the stack and accidentally whacked them into something on that corner.. very disappointed, will not use again.

Do not use PSA they are horrible with the way they treat their customers. They are money hungry. My wife purchased a membership through them on accident due to having dementia. I can't get them to return my phone call let alone refund me. They lie to me every time I call them and tell me my money is on the way. They know my wife passed away and still continue to be heartless and lie just for a couple bucks. I do not recommend them to anyone. I am going to continue to leave my reviews everywhere. I'm putting one on a billboard today. One woman even laughed at me when I told her my wife passed away. Sad day when the world turns to this.

I had a card that had only been handled twice and stored in a climate controlled dark facility for over thirty years. The card was in better condition than other PSA 10s I had purchased. It was in pristine condition. PSA graded it a 7. I called customer care and asked for it to be reviewed before being sent out and they told me I had to wait to receive the card and pay them again to review it. LOL. Like I would make that mistake again. After I received the grade I read the reviews of their inconsistent grading and see why they receive those justified reviews. I will not be buying PSA graded cards or sending them cards to grade again. Avoid PSA like the plague. Not worth the money and completely untrustworthy.

I've had numerous and decision-determining frustrations with PSA grading and authentication. I recently requested a simple QuickOpinion. I never received a response despite the fact that they advertise a 24-48h turnaround. Unable to navigate an absolutely awful website, I called PSA CSR. The CSR claimed the system "was not working" -- though they managed to successfully charge my credit account for a process that had never actually taken place. Here are some common criticisms of PSA Grading: 1. Inconsistency in Grading: Many collectors and enthusiasts have voiced concerns about the inconsistency in PSA's grading standards. Some cards receive vastly different grades despite appearing to have similar qualities, leading to a sense of unpredictability. 2. Turnaround Times: PSA has often been criticized for its lengthy turnaround times. Collectors sometimes wait several months to receive their graded cards, which can be frustrating, especially during periods of high demand. 3. High Costs: The cost of grading services at PSA can be quite steep, particularly for high-value or bulk submissions. This can be a barrier for casual collectors or those with smaller budgets. 4. Customer Service: Some users have reported dissatisfaction with PSA's customer service. Issues such as lack of communication, difficulty in getting responses, and unsatisfactory resolutions have been cited. 5. Influence on Market Prices: There's a sentiment that PSA-graded cards often command higher prices in the secondary market, which can skew the true value of the cards based on the grade rather than the card's intrinsic value. While these points highlight some areas where PSA could improve, it's also worth noting that they have a long-standing reputation in the industry, and many collectors trust their grading standards. These standards have been replaced by a management team dedicated to ruining their company. Goodbye, PSA. Hello Beckett, SGC, SCA, etc.

Psa doesn’t have Google reviews open to the public for a reason.. they are a horrible grading company. Countless YouTube videos point out back door high grade deals and mis-grades, damaged returned cards.. if you like psa buy the already graded cards and don’t spend the money on a yearly account and extra getting cards graded. Trust me they are a trash company. Some day when laser grading takes off it will be the end of psa and the favor grading they do for big named companies.
