I’ve ordered and only got the screen that said order successful and thank you for your order. No email. When trying to check the stage the order is in, it will not accept my order number. It will not allow me into my account. I did get a message when I checked “change my password “ however the link they sent does not work. Completely frustrating. Have no way to check on the status of the order.

Their quality is great but I ordered a subwoofer from Timpano 2 weeks ago only because it said same day/ next day shipping which was false advertisement. They only create a label the next day but won’t actually ship it for almost a month. Then they try to put the blame on USPS saying they already have the package but I talked to them and they definitely don’t have the package. I’m completely disappointed considering my whole car sound system is PRV. False advertising next day shipping and not doing anything to help is so aggravating. I don’t recommend them anymore for lying about next day shipping.
