Hi Urus, sorry to hear you're unhappy with the IP you received. A quick note on the fraud score: we assess IP quality using IP2Location, which is our reference point. Third-party checkers like IPQS or Scamalytics often return very different scores for the same IP, so a 93 on one of them doesn't necessarily reflect how the IP actually performs. That's also why a high third-party score on its own isn't something we replace on. We do replace IPs in cases of a confirmed technical fault. Hi Jassene, sorry your channels ran into trouble. On the subnet point: our ISP pool covers multiple providers and subnets. We don't guarantee unique subnets across separate orders, but the proxies don't all come from one local network. On the YouTube bans: account suspensions are usually driven by account-level signals like activity patterns, history, and automation, not by the IP alone. A clean IP can't override how the account itself behaves, so it's hard to tie the bans to the proxy without more detail. Our reviews come in organically. One important clarification on the technical side: for IP classification and quality we rely on IP2Location, which is the neutral industry reference. IPQS is a separate third-party fraud-detection tool, and by design it raises its score for any IP it can identify as a proxy or hosting range. So an elevated IPQS score doesn't mean an address is "burned" or spammed — and a score strictly under 20 is effectively unattainable on a static proxy for exactly that reason. That's what our team was trying to explain, rather than stall you. It's also worth noting that account-network work on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube depends heavily on factors beyond the IP itself — anti-detect setup, fingerprints and account warming all play a major role. That said, we do issue replacements whenever a proxy is genuinely faulty, and we want to look into your case properly. Hi Roman, Thank you for sharing your feedback - we're sorry to hear about your experience. A quick clarification for transparency: with our Datacenter and ISP proxy plans, IPs are assigned automatically from our available pool, and we don't guarantee that multiple IPs in a small package will come from different /24 subnets. This is stated openly in our pre-sale communication. Regarding refunds: like most proxy providers, we cannot refund IPs that have already been issued and activated, since the addresses are reserved on our side and cannot be resold. This is also outlined in our Terms of Service. However, we always look at edge cases individually and do our best to find a fair solution - including replacements where possible. To clarify what happened: your payment was flagged by our crypto payment processor (Cryptomus) during their mandatory AML compliance check — this verification happens before funds reach us. The money is held on their side, not on ours, and we have no way to release it or refund what we never received. AML checks are a legal requirement for any licensed payment processor — they're standard compliance procedure, not a decision we made. Once Cryptomus completes their verification, your payment will either be released to us (and your service activated) or returned to you.
