Would rate 0/5 if possible
multiple weeks on from my 3 months duration proxies, still consist disconnect more than every minute, 1-10s lag spikes, if you go to support they claim they only had 2 people total working and will just pass you between them until you give up and leave, the only thing they are able to do is change your proxies to different ones, amazing if you like rerouting your systems for hours on end everyday.

Hello! Unfortunately the problem could indeed have occurred locally with any of your servers, as localized problems can happen and in such cases we try to fix the problem as quickly as possible if it occurs on our end. If the problem is on the hoster's side, unfortunately we have no quick options other than proxy replacement, because if there is hardware maintenance we can't influence it. Please send us your order details so we can check your proxies directly and help you with the problem. Thank you!

i cannot send message them in chat.
i cannot send message them in chat.. probably blocked me. so they provided me a spain isp that i cannot use for my task. simply, wise.com is not available .. so this isp proxy is useless for me. i requested replacement however they ignored. if they make it right (so i can use for wise.com) i will change my feedback..

Hello! Accesses to many payment systems are indeed restricted for proxies of all types on the site. This is done to avoid illegal activities by some users on our proxies, which can lead to problems with the whole server, so such accesses are opened individually upon request from users, and we consider each case separately. Therefore, you can send a request to [email protected] so that our operators can consider your request, or help you with a refund if the available options are not suitable for you. Thank you!

An unpleasant experience
I have been their customer for 2 months and in the first month everything was ok with the proxy addresses and where I needed to change my proxyes, support was friendly and helpful. But the second month after I paid for a higher amount of proxy addresses the support stopped being nice and didn't change my proxy addresses that were down or had a low upload speed.... after many requests I decided that next month I will quit their services.

Hello! We have sent you a request to clarify your order details so that we can check your correspondence with the support operators and also check the proxies for technical problems with them. The initial experience you had in the first month of using proxies from our service is the standard of our support, which we strive for on a regular basis. It is likely that later on you may have been chatting with one of the new employees who did not process your request properly. We apologize for this and are committed to looking into the problem. Please provide us with your order details to [email protected] so that we can help you with your problem. Thank you!

I had very bad experience
I had very bad experience. They limited payoneer access from their proxies, but didn't make it public in their policy. I asked the support guy when and why it was changed, but he didn't answer. This service is not transparent.

Hello. Unfortunately, we restrict access to some resources on our service because quite often users use proxies for illegal purposes, so we have to restrict free access to some sites and open them only upon request from the user, discussing in detail the purpose of using proxies with users. So unfortunately this is a forced measure aimed solely at creating security and preventing the use of proxies for prohibited purposes. You can consult with our support staff about whether they can open access to certain resources for you, we study each case individually. Thank you!

IF you are buying ISP Proxies from them…
IF you are buying ISP Proxies from them your should know that with their isp proxies when you will visit sites like whoer and pixelscan it will show hosting/datacenter proxy not ISP. only their provided proxy checker will show ISP. i saw their good reviews on Trustpilot and wasted my money i think these are all paid or fake reviews.

The quality of proxies is very bad
The quality of proxies is very bad. Their proxy gives a captcha on every request and it was totally useless. Be alert before you purchase because they will not give you a refund even if you ask for the refund in 24 hours. They will not reply to you within 24 hours and when they reply, they will say it's more than 24 hours and they can't give you the refund.
