Well, I had this idea to improve our hold music to advertise our school and provide some useful information to our callers. When I would call in and get put on hold I really didn't like to hear what we had for our hold music but I hadn't taken the time to put something better up. I could only imagine what other's were thinking when they were put on hold. So, I wrote up a nifty little script and emailed it over to the guys at Provoice. I had used them a few years ago for our IVR and was very satisfied with the service, price, and turnaround time. I emailed the script over and the next day I had a usable file I could simply upload to our Asterisk/Elastix PBX and away we go. All within less than 24 hours. Now that's service! Thanks Provoice!

I've used Provoice a couple of times now, and both times I've been extremely impressed. The first time, the day after providing the script, they presented me with two audio files, each with a slightly different approach to the presentation. Obviously more than I expected! The second time I sent the script on a Friday and had it the next day, even though it was the weekend, which was completely unexpected but a huge help to me as I was up against a tight deadline. In both cases the voice quality was outstanding, very clear, and followed my pronunciation requests exactly as specified. Great value for money - I'll definitely recommend them to others.
