I first signed up for Sermorelin. Shipment is fast and the customer support team is actually helpful and responds politely! I needed help with a shipment. I had accidentally put on hold and Gil helped me with that and explained how to pause shipments to avoid being auto charged!

The process was pretty easy although I wanted to change to a 3 month supply after submitting my information and since the doctor approved 1 month, customer service said they couldn't change it. Not sure why they didn't even try. I'm still trying to guage effectiveness. Took the first pill last night. It was extremely bitter and took forever to dissolve under my tongue. I went ahead and canceled my plan because I won't put up with that bitterness and long dissolve time.

I saw an ad for this product that looked very promising, so I decided to give it a try. What I received was completely different from what was advertised—a small, hard round pill that was supposed to dissolve under the tongue, but it did not dissolve at all. Unfortunately, it had no effect whatsoever for me, not even any noticeable side effects. I honestly got more of an effect from eating candy! I contacted ProvnRx looking for a solution, but they offered no alternative and only pointed to their no-return/no-refund policy. I emailed them and received no response. I also texted and got an automated reply saying someone would contact me. When they finally called, the conversation was mainly about their refund policy rather than offering any solution or standing behind the product.(#0913)
