This is the worst bank I ever encountered in myP they close my account they give me a cashiers check. I take it to a check cashing store. They called to verify the check and they won’t verify the check to the store so I can’t cash the check. This is the worst bank. I have ever encountered in my life.

Went online with my credit union and my online bank and printed an important tax document in under one minute. However, Provident didn't have it available. They wont email it, so I have to wait one week or more to get it in the mail. Their talk about committment is just that, all talk.
