(UPDATE) It's been over a month since I placed my order, and I still have not received it. 😠😡 They finally responded with some emails saying that they would look into the matter, escalating it to the highest priority. 😤 When I told them I wanted a refund, they responded, saying they would give me 15% off my next order (as if I would order from them again). 😒🙄 I have not yet received my order, and I have not received any communication regarding its status. I have sent two emails and have not received a response. The website indicates a 1-3 day processing time, but it has now been 10 days without an update.
