Awesome community

Proto's communication is great better than any company I have partnered with. They have helped my company grow tremendously over the course of 3-4 months; this was the best decision that could ever be made.

Protos is a great company to work with. They are professional, have a great team, and always have someone available to answer questions. Their system is easy to use, and I highly recommend Protos.

He took the time to answer my questions

Great company to be partnered with Protos Security, professional and friendly staff excellent customer service. Greatly appreciated Thanks, Protos Security

I have been working with this company for last few months and my experience with them is excellent. The reason is as follows: 1. Well organized, from choosing the right partner and follow up with the team members very efficiently. 2. If the guards are tardy or doesn’t show up Protos make sure the site is not abandoned. They call others and make sure the site is covered (that’s from the clients site). 3. If the work orders has been signed and doesn’t inform the other party At least a said deadline, the client has has to go what was agreed on the contract (that’s great for the guard company). Protos is very balanced company, unlike some others. 4. Payments are right on time.

Communication is great, account managers are receptive to feedback and eager to help.
