The company, AIQ Family Office Limited, which operates in Malaysia and Hong Kong, and its associated platform, Tubes Protocol Limited and TubeDao Foundation. This company has been aggressively marketing fraudulent investment opportunities in Singapore, China, Asia, Europe, United States and African countries through a representative named Rachel Ye and her associates promised high returns by allowing investors to stake a minimum of USDT 1,000, claiming that they would receive substantial rewards in the form of tokens (Tubes, Tubesusd and Pump). Investors were further incentivized to recruit others to join the investments with promises of commissions. AIQ Family Office Limited misled investors by claiming that their capital was fully protected by Manulife HK and Alpadis Trust Fund but failed to provide any authentic proof of such agreements when requested.
