The business didn't have all the items I ordered online in stock, but Dario at Protech immediately sent me an email offering to ship me what they had available, or refund me my credit card payment. I opted for a refund which they paid this immediately. I take this as good evidence they are a trustworthy business and are certainly not a scam site.
